Lian Low

Lian Low edited Peril from 2010-2014. She writes across spoken word, creative non-fiction and memoir. She has work in Griffith Review 49 New Asia Now II, Writers Vic, Kill Your Darlings, Right Now and Arts Hub. In 2015, she was a recipient of a Wheeler Centre Hot Desk Fellowship and a City of Literature Travel Fund to travel to the Ubud Writers and Readers Festival and the Melaka Art and Performance Festival, Malaysia. She also collaborated with dancer and choreographer Victoria Chiu on the performance text of “Do you speak Chinese?” which premiered at the Malthouse Theatre for Dance Massive.
