Latjor Choul

Latjor Choul is 21 years old and lives in Dandenong South. He is an Australian Rules enthusiast and has recently taken a keen interest in film and visual storytelling. He is excited to be part of the SeaACT project as it will allow the voices of the youth of City of Greater Dandenong to be heard.
