Cinnamon Templeton is a writer, an academic and a tarot reader. They’re interested in smuggling and the performative possibilities of poetry and seduction. They have spoken and performed at West Space, Punk Café, The Red Rattler, Howler, M Pavilion and other venues, including their home. In 2015, they were published in un magazine 9.2 and released a poetry collection, terribly controlled. They also completed a minor thesis on the work of Jean Genet at the University of Melbourne that is now informing their collaborative performance project with Mick Roe and Kai Bradley, ‘Embittered Swish.’
