Mia Wotherspoon is a Melbourne-based writer and editor. She has been published in The Big Issue, Catalyst, Talking Trash, The Reykjiavic Grapevine, Visible Ink and an anthology of essays about beginning teachers called Disastrous Lessons. Last year, Mia was one of ten recipients of the WRiCE Fellowship, where she travelled to China to complete a residency for new and established writers across the Asia-Pacific. Mia loves fiction that explores the space between landscape and identity; she is currently completing a full-length manuscript about a feuding pair of siblings who inherit their Mother’s hoarded estate in far-west Victoria.
