Rania Ahmed

Rania has been writing poetry since she was a young teenager, but only started pursuing it seriously two years ago when she became part of the west writer’s group at Footscray Art Centre and was mentored by Alia Gabres. She features in many gigs organised by MSW ( Melbourne spoken word). Also featured in FCAC as part of EWF and was a panelist last year in “pushing the envelope” EWF panel. Rania aims to change perspective via poetry and inspire the change within.
