Rebecca Harkins-Cross

Rebecca Harkins-Cross is a writer and critic based in Melbourne. She is currently the Film Editor for The Big Issue, Film Columnist for The Lifted Brow, and a PhD candidate at Monash University. Her writing focuses on arts and culture, and has appeared in publications across Australia. She was named one of Melbourne Writers’ Festival’s 30 Writers Under 30, was a finalist for the Scribe Prize, and took part in the Disquiet International Literary Conference in Lisbon, Portugal. Her writing has been awarded several times by the Australian Film Critics’ Association.
