Mirranda Burton is an artist and writer, drawing upon her own life experiences. Her first book Hidden was published by Black Pepper in 2011, winning an Aurealis award for best graphic novel, and a Gold Ledger award for excellence in Australian comics. Hidden was also published in French under the title Cachés in 2013 by La Boîte à Bulles.
