Makeda Zucco

Makeda is interested in creating utopic realities. Her sound, text and artistic works involve actions – and stony-faced demands – for a post-capitalist world. Sketching a svelte aural palette, Makeda has performed locally and internationally in destinations as diverse as the Cité Internationale des Arts, East Coast book stores, and London’s illustrious Rye Wax Records. She has performed alongside My Disco, Asmara (Fade to Mind / Future Brown), David Chesworth of Essendon Airport, Air Max ’97, and will be soon releasing her debut work on Moontown Records.
