Laura Elizabeth Woollett

Laura Elizabeth Woollett is a Perth-born, Melbourne-based author. Her first novel The Wood of Suicides (2014), was published in the US when she was twenty-four. Her short story collection The Love of a Bad Man (2016) was shortlisted for the 2017 Victorian Premier’s Literary Award for fiction. Her stories and essays have appeared widely in print and online. In 2018, her second novel Beautiful Revolutionary will be released by Scribe Publications.
