Kate Lawrence

As well as being a writer of memoir and personal essay, Kate Lawrence has a passion and purpose for personal storytelling. She has a deep and abiding faith in human stories orally told. She takes her craft seriously. She is currently vice President of Storytelling Australia, Victoria, she regularly tells and teaches, and she is a Moth Story Slam winner. Her writing has been featured nationally on ABC Open and Open Drum, she won the Castlemaine Word Mine competition and has been published by the online magazine Feminartsy.
